We are seeking a highly talented Account Manager to apply their skills and enthusiasm to an exciting new role in a rural SaaS (Software as a Service) business located in Hawkes Bay.

The farming landscape is changing rapidly – new regulations are requiring farmers to collect more information to be compliant and at the same time farmers are realising the power of the information that they collect on farm, which in turn is driving a significant change in user behavior. Cloud Farmer is in the perfect position to be a market leader when it comes to agri data collection—the notebook just isn’t going to cut it.
We have a great opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship management to join our Client Success Team as an Account Manager. In this role you’ll have a central role within our business and will be responsible for client management and establishing effective networks with clients and prospects. You will also represent the client’s voice within the business to ensure their needs are met.
This role is ideally based in Hawke’s Bay, however, we may consider other locations for the right candidate.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing high level client service and determination to achieve results. You will be responsible for on-boarding and managing a portfolio of clients across the country. Our ideal candidate will have proven account management and sales experience in a related field, however, you may be in a different role and ready for an exciting new challenge. You’ll have the experience and expertise to manage a portfolio of client accounts and be driven by successful results.
You will also have solid problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your style to suit the client. We have a high focus on client communication, understanding our clients challenges, knowledge transfer and education. Your desire to learn and impart knowledge with clients and fellow team members will be important
You will have a proven ability to relate to others and develop a rapport based on trust and understanding. You will also be passionate about encouraging our clients to maximise the benefits of Cloud Farmer within their business in their pursuit of Good Management Practices.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be experienced with data management and administration and have an excellent work ethic. You will be proficient in email management and data entry and have the ability to multi-task. An understanding and passion for the rural sector is advantageous but not necessary
